Donate Time!
Check out all this stuff for Goodwill. Jim and Eme had both grown out of a size of clothes, and since we aren't having any more kids, we got rid of those sizes. Brent will be so happy to see some of the mess gone :)
And, if you record all that you donated, then get a receipt at Goodwill, you can deduct it on your taxes. Just go to Goodwill, see what "like items" would cost, and assign that to your items that you donated. Add it up, and that's how much you donated to Goodwill. It add up pretty fast. Last year, we claimed about $800 to Goodwill. Not bad, eh?

Wow! That's alot of stuff! We give all our extra stuff on freecycle so I don't think we could could that on taxes..oh well..
You can only count it if you itemize, and usually you only itemize if you own a house, so it wouldn't do you much good anyway :)

Funny that that much stuff didn't even dent the amount of "stuff" that we have :)
