So, it's hard to tell from the picture, but it's a reversible dress. Just put a cute shirt underneath, and it's good to go. I kind of liked the white ruffle at the bottom. It turned out pretty good. It's a size 12 months. I don't know how to make them any smaller. Sorry, she'll have to grow into it. :)
